Martin Finkel

I turn native media and streaming systems into tools developers can use.

I work across libVLC’s native C API, .NET bindings, Unity integrations, and experimental VLC plugins that run local AI on video and speech. My focus is the path from a native capability to an integration developers can use in an application.

Alongside the engineering, I maintain open-source projects, mentor contributors, and share practical lessons through writing and talks.
